KABUL–(ENEWSPF)–OCTOBER 17, 2011 – As violent conflict continues in northern Afghanistan, the international medical organization Doctors Without Borders/Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) has opened a 55-bed surgical hospital in Kunduz Province.
