Today, Congresswoman Tammy Duckworth (IL-08) announced $805,000 in federal funding to help the Elk Grove Village-based American Academy of Pediatrics improve awareness and access to care for children with epilepsy in America. The funding is expected to be used to help provide children and youth with epilepsy sustainable, coordinated and comprehensive quality care.
