Death Rates From Unintentional Injury Among Children Dropped by Nearly 30 Percent in 10 Years

Injuries remain number one killer of youth

Atlanta, GA–(ENEWSPF)–April 16, 2012.  Death rates from unintentional injuries among children and adolescents from birth to age 19 declined by nearly 30 percent from 2000 to 2009, according to a new Vital Signs report from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
