Early Flu Treatment Reduces Hospitalization Time, Disability Risk in Older People

Atlanta, GA–(ENEWSPF)–September 3, 2015.  Early treatment of flu-hospitalized people 65 and older with flu antiviral medications cuts the duration of their hospital stay and reduces their risk of needing extended care after discharge, a new CDC study finds.
