AUSTIN–(ENEWSPF)–October 3, 2014. The U.S Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit has allowed a law to take effect that imposes medically unnecessary and prohibitively costly requirements on women’s health centers and will force them to close. This law will leave only seven women’s health centers for the state’s more than 5.5 million women of reproductive age.
