University Park, IL-(ENEWSPF)- The Governors State University Psychology Department is offering free psychotherapy services to members of the community. Conversations with a psychotherapist can help people cope with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, stress, and life transition problems.

Confidential, one-on-one sessions are held with a Governors State University graduate student in psychology under the supervision of a Licensed Clinical Psychologist. Individuals and couples, 18 years and older, are eligible. All sessions are conducted in Matteson, Illinois. The number of sessions is determined by the client’s needs.
