Governor Tomblin Vetoes West Virginia Abortion Ban

CHARLESTON, W.Va.–(ENEWSPF)–March 31, 2014.  Gov. Earl Ray Tomblin vetoed a bill on Friday that would have banned abortions after 20 weeks. This bill, similar to one a federal appeals court struck down in Arizona last year, would have denied women basic health care.
