Guangdong, China–(ENEWSPF)–January 16, 2014. The administration of the non-psychotropic cannabinoid cannabidiol (CBD) protects the liver from damage caused by alcohol consumption, according to preclinical data published online in the journal Free Radical Biology and Medicine.
