On the fifth anniversary of the passage of the Family Smoking Prevention and Tobacco Control Act, U.S. Senator Dick Durbin (D-IL) responded to the Food and Drug Administration’s (FDA) announcement that it will further delaying the release of regulations that would expand the agency’s regulatory authority over tobacco products, including e-cigarettes.
