A state judge ruled yesterday that North Dakota state officials cannot enforce a law designed to shut down the state’s only reproductive health care provider offering abortion services—temporarily blocking the law while the legal challenge to the unconstitutional measure, brought by the Center for Reproductive Rights, continues.
