GENEVA–(ENEWSPF)–3 February 2015 – The ongoing conflict in Ukraine is proving “catastrophic” for the country’s civilians amid escalating violence, indiscriminate shelling, and harsh winter conditions which have made life increasingly precarious for millions of civilians, the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, Zeid Ra’ad Al Hussein, warned today.
