NEW YORK–(ENEWSPF)–5 May 2011. Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon today stressed that the resolutions adopted by the Security Council in response to the Libya crisis â which is now in its third month â must remain the basis of international action as well as any ceasefire agreement between the Government and rebels.
