DALLAS–(ENEWSPF)–August 23, 2012. The Environmental Protection Agency has awarded the Louisiana Department of Health and Hospitals $16,962,000 to provide low cost loan assistance to eligible public drinking water systems for infrastructure improvements. The funds are being granted through the EPAâs Drinking Water State Revolving Fund to ensure safe drinking water for Louisiana residents.
