KUNDUZ, AFGHANISTAN/NEW YORK–(ENEWSPF)–JANUARY 28, 2013âFollowing Saturday’s bomb blast in the center of the northern Afghan city of Kunduz, the independent international medical humanitarian organization Doctors Without Borders/MÃ©decins Sans FrontiÃ¨res (MSF) received 22 patients at its surgical hospital there.
