Washington, DC—(ENEWSPF)—January 31, 2013. Officials from the United States, Japan and the Republic of Korea met in Tokyo Jan. 30-31 for the annual Defense Trilateral Talks. The plenary session included discussion on a wide variety of issues including humanitarian assistance and disaster relief, non-proliferation, the regional security situation and North Korea.
