New York–(ENEWSPF)–August 31, 2012. In separate incidents in Afghanistan that Amnesty International called “despicable,” a 12-year-old boy was found beheaded on Wednesday and a 7-year-old girl was reportedly beheaded and had her legs amputated by unknown assailants on Thursday.
