Wshington, DC–(ENEWSPF)–June 28, 2012. CNN News is reporting that the U.S. Supreme Court has upheld the individual mandate provision of the Affordable Health Care Act. While the Court ruled that Congress could not require the mandate under the commerce clause of the Constitution, the Court opined that Congress did have the authority to authorize such a mandate unders its taxing authority.
