Decision Dismisses ACLU Lawsuit Challenging DHS Search Policy as Unconstitutional

A federal court today dismissed a lawsuit arguing that the government should not be able to search and copy people’s laptops, cell phones, and other devices at border checkpoints without reasonable suspicion.
