International Atomic Energy Agency Fukushima Nuclear Accident Update, 12 April 2011 (04:45 UTC)

Vienna, Austria–(ENEWSPF)–12 April 2011 – UPDATE 4:45 UTC.  The Japanese Nuclear and Industrial Safety Agency (NISA) today issued a new provisional rating for the accident at the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant on the IAEA International Nuclear and Radiological Event Scale (INES).
