TOKYO—(ENEWSPF)—July 23, 2011. Japan’s Meteorological Agency reports that a magnitude 6.5 earthquake has struck northeastern Japan Saturday afternoon. This is the same area that was devastated by a massive earthquake and tsunami on March 11^th.
