Marrakech, Morocco–(ENEWSPF)–15 November 2016 – As senior government officials gather in Marrakech, Morocco, to chart the implementation course for the landmark Paris Agreement, Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon today hailed the opening of a “new dawn for global cooperation on climate change” and told the United Nations Climate Conference (COP 22) that it is critical to now translate words into effective actions.
