Washington, DC—(ENEWSPF)—February 19, 2013. Erskine Bowles and Alan Simpson have released a new deficit-reduction plan today. The plan from the Democrat Bowles and Republican Simpson would reduce the deficit by $2.4 trillion over the next decade. House Republicans want to cut the deficit by $4 trillion, while the White House has set a $1.5 trillion goal.
