Number of People Affected by South Sudan Clashes Has Doubled – UN

NEW YORK–(ENEWSPF)–20 January 2012.  More than 120,000 people affected by the recent violence in South Sudan’s Jonglei state may need emergency assistance – double the number of those originally thought to need help – the United Nations humanitarian official in the country said today.
