Postal Service Statement on Sept 30 Retiree Health Benefits Prefunding Payment

Washington, DC–(ENEWSPF)–September 27, 2012.  For the second time in two months, the U.S. Postal Service will not make a mandated payment to prefund retiree health benefits.
