Secretary General Ban Disturbed by Violence in Libya and the Middle East, Calls for Restraint

NEW YORK–(ENEWSPF)–4 September 2012 – United Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon is “deeply disturbed” by the recent violence in Libya and elsewhere in the Middle East and has called for calm and restraint to end hostilities, according to his spokesperson.
