WASHINGTON, D.C.–(ENEWSPF)–March 7, 2012. U.S. Senators Dick Durbin (D-IL), Richard Blumenthal (D-CT) and Tom Harkin (D-IA) today introduced the Re-empowerment of Skilled and Professional Employees and Construction Tradeworkers (RESPECT) Act. This legislation would modify present law to ensure workers are not stripped of their union protection.
