State Department Announces Transfer of Budget Assistance Funds to the Palestinian Authority

But clearly, what the Secretary will talk about today underscores our ongoing, significant commitment to the Palestinian Authority and to helping build the institutions of the Palestinian Authority as we continue to press the parties for direct negotiations.
