Statement by the White House Press Secretary on the Attack in Mogadishu

Washington, DC–(ENEWSPF)–October 4, 2011.  

The United States strongly condemns the outrageous terrorist attack carried out earlier today by al-Shabaab in Mogadishu, Somalia. This despicable and cowardly act took the lives of dozens of innocent civilians, including students taking an exam in hopes of receiving scholarships to study abroad.
