Cleveland, Ohio—(ENEWSPF)—December 12, 2014. According to a Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner’s autopsy report released today, the death of 12 year-old Tamir Rice has been formally ruled a homicide.
Rice who is black, was shot in the abdomen on November 22 by police responding to a call that a suspect was waving a handgun in a Cleveland park. He died the next day. It was later determined that the weapon in question was a toy gun.
