United States Files Suit against Michaels Stores Inc. for Failing to Report Serious Safety Hazard in Shattering Glass Vases

The Department of Justice and the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) jointly announced today the filing of a complaint against Michaels Stores Inc. and its subsidiary Michaels Stores Procurement Co.
