U.S. Department of State, National Hockey League Partner for First-Ever Ice Hockey Exchange with Russia

Washington, D.C.–(ENEWSPF)–March 25, 2011.  The U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs announced today that a Russian delegation of 18 youth hockey players and their coaches will participate in the first-ever ice hockey exchange March 27 – April 8 in Washington, D.C. and New York City.
