Q    Two topics.  On the health care ruling, the passage here in which the judge says that the unchecked expansion of congressional power to the limit suggested by the minimum coverage provision would invite unbridled exercise of federal  powers.  And this is not about — just about health care, but it’s about individual right to choose to participate.  Doesn’t this vindicate or validate…
