Park Forest, IL—(ENEWSPF)—November 14, 2013. The Village of Park Forest and Police Department will hold the 10th Annual Honors Ceremony on Saturday, November 16th at Freedom Hall, 410 Lakewood Boulevard.
The event will begin at 8:30 a.m. with a coffee reception with the ceremony beginning at 9 a.m. The Honors Ceremony is a full dress uniform event that recognizes Police Department employees who, through their actions, have been nominated for Outstanding Service, Meritorious Service, the Medal of Valor and for the Officer of the Year awards. The Years of Service and Citizen awards will also be awarded.
Residents are invited to attend the event and help honor those men and women of the Park Forest Police Department who have served at the highest level and who are, as always “Proud to Service.”
