Park Forest, IL—(ENEWSPF)—October 30, 2013. Representative Robin Kelly will host a Small Business Workshop that will offer important resource information for small businesses and entrepreneurs who want to start or expand a business within the 2nd Congressional District. Guest presenters will discuss numerous ways in which small businesses can obtain capital, as well as how to develop the best business or marketing plan to attain economic independence. Panelists include representatives from the Illinois Small Business Development Office, the Women’s Business Development Center, the Chicago Urban League, the Chatham Business Association and the Illinois Department of Transportation.
The event will take place on Wednesday, November 6, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Riverdale Resource Center, 13725 S. Wabash Ave., Riverdale. Registration begins at 9 a.m.
