Justice Department Charges California Apartment Owner and Staff with Discrimination Against Families with Children

Washington, DC—(ENEWSPF)—October 25, 2013. The Justice Department today filed a lawsuit against the owner and operators of a Fremont, Calif., apartment complex, alleging that they had discriminated against families with children in violation of the Fair Housing Act by prohibiting children from playing in the common grassy areas of the complex.
