Chicago, IL–(ENEWSPF)– Robert D. Grant, Special Agent-in-Charge of the Chicago office of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), announced the arrest of two west suburban men, who are alleged to have operated a Ponzi scheme which defrauded over 100 investors out of more than $4 million.
