Chicago, IL–(ENEWSPF)– Michael Broome, age 35, whose last known address was 1680 Mark Avenue in Elgin, was charged in a criminal complaint filed earlier today in U.S. District Court in Chicago with one count of Bank Robbery, which is a felony offense. Broome was charged in connection with the robbery on Friday of the Chase Bank branch, located at 24 East Chicago Street in Elgin.
