Chicago-(ENEWSPF)- A 53-year old Arlington Heights man has been arrested and charged with the September 29 robbery of the TCF Bank branch, located at 1415 Algonquin Road in Rolling Meadows.
ALEXANDER STOVER, whose last known address was 315 Salem Avenue in the northwest suburb, was charged in a criminal complaint filed Sunday in U.S. District Court in Chicago with one count of bank robbery, which is a felony offense.
