FBI: Robbery of TCF Bank Branch in Homewood

Chicago-(ENEWSPF)- A bank robbery occurred earlier today at the TCF Bank branch located at 17705 South Halsted in Homewood, Illinois. The robber, described by witnesses as a black male, approximately 5’8” to 5’10” tall, wearing a light-colored shirt and dark baseball cap, approached a teller shortly after 9:00 a.m. and presented a note demanding cash. After receiving an undisclosed amount of money, he left the bank on foot. There was no weapon involved in the robbery, and no injuries were reported.

This individual is also believed to be responsible for the August 12, 2012 robbery of a South Chicago Heights TCF Bank branch.
