OREGON–(ENEWSPF)–January 3, 2013. I vividly remember seeing the D.A.R.E. car cruising around my low income neighborhood growing up. The officers inside would stop every once in awhile, turn on their lights to draw attention, then handed all the kids that came to look a bunch of drug war propaganda.
