Denver, Colorado–(ENEWSPF)– Alan Houston Johnson, age 44, of Davidson, North Carolina, was found guilty this afternoon of interference with a flight crew and abusive sexual contact on an aircraft, U.S. Attorney John Walsh and FBI Special Agent in Charge James Davis announced. The guilty verdict came following a four-day jury trial before U.S. District Court Judge Philip A. Brimmer. Johnson is currently in federal custody, and is being held without bond. He was first charged by criminal complaint on February 17, 2010. Johnson was indicted by a federal grand jury in Denver on February 23, 2010.
