Park Forest, IL–(ENEWSPF)–Editor’s Note: We continue our reporting on news from police reports. Besides covering the many stories from around Park Forest that otherwise might go unnoticed, we want to bring more complete coverage of police reports than is reported by other local media.

An arrest does not mean that a person is guilty. All those arrested are presumed innocent until proven guilty. Kendryi K. Collins, 27, 158 Nanti St., Park Forest, was arrested on July 18 and charged with disorderly conduct when police were dispatched to the 100 block of Nanti Street to investigate a report of a domestic disturbance.

Nicole M. Griffin, 29, 361 Westgate Dr., Park Forest, was arrested on July 18 and issued a municipal ticket charging disorderly house when police were dispatched to the 100 block of Walnut Street to investigate a report of a disturbance.

Michael Granberry, 25, 57 Hemlock St., Park Forest, was arrested on July 19 and charged with theft after police were dispatched to a business in the first block of South Orchard Drive in reference to a report of a theft of a wallet.

Maurice L. Dodd, 20, 6004 W. Bush Court, Monee, was arrested on July 20 and charged with driving while license was suspended, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, improper lane usage, and also issued a municipal citation charging possession of cannabis when an officer on patrol in the area of North Street and Western Avenue observed the vehicle Dodd was driving travel between lanes multiple times without signaling, according to police.

A red Next BMX bicycle was reported stolen from a residence in the 200 block of Somonauk Street on July 21.

A juvenile was issued a municipal ticket on July 21 and charged with battery when police responded to the 300 block of Liberty Street to investigate a report of several juveniles fighting.

A juvenile was issued a municipal ticket on July 21 charging theft when police responded to the 100 block of Blackhawk Drive to investigate a report of a found bike.

A purse was reported stolen from a vehicle parked in the 200 block of Miami Street on July 21.

Cassandra Wallace, 45, 208 Westwood Dr., Park Forest, was issued a local citation on July 21 charging dogs running at large when an officer was flagged down by two subjects at the intersection of Westgate Street and Westwood Drive.

Mario V. Turner, 23, 1049 Wisconsin St., Glenwood, was arrested on July 21 and issued a local citation charging possession of cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia when police were dispatched to the 100 block of North Arbor Trail in reference to a report of a suspicious person.

Adriana N. Carter, 21, 408 Monroe St., Dolton, and Alexius C. Keys, 21, 473 Lakewood Blvd., Park Forest, were arrested on July 22 and charged with battery when an officer patrolling in the area of Lakewood Boulevard and Orchard Drive observed two subjects who were beckoning for the officer to stop. Carter was additionally issued a ticket charging driving while license was suspended and operation of an uninsured motor vehicle. According to police, the two subjects who asked the officer to stop related that they had just been battered by the two individuals who were driving a red car. The battery consisted of the subjects allegedly throwing a cup filled with liquid into the front passenger side window of the vehicle, according to police.
