Park Forest, IL-(ENEWSPF)- The Park Forest Police Department today issued a community alert via its Facebook page:
"On 9/16/14 at approximately 5pm, a teen-aged female juvenile reported that as she was walking on Gentry St. from Indiana St., a male walking past her in the opposite direction had his genitals exposed while touching himself.
