Park Forest, IL—(ENEWSPF)— A man who told an officer he was a “sovereign citizen” sporting a license plate reading “PRIVATE” actually had a revoked driver’s license, police said. The man presented the officer with an Indiana ID card. Checking through LEADS, the officer learned that the “sovereign citizen’s” driver’s license had been revoked due to a DUI, according to police.
