Chicago, IL–(ENEWSPF)– A Chicago-based residential property development company owner, Seth Harris, was sentenced Tuesday to 60 months in federal prison for defrauding the State Bank of Countryside in connection with loans for the development of property in the West Lincoln Park neighborhood in Chicago, the FBI reports.
