Sheriff’s Police Search For Missing Northfield Township Woman

Cook County, IL–(ENEWSPF)– Cook County Sheriff’s Police are asking the public’s assistance in locating a missing Northfield Township woman.

Darcy Culberg, 53, was last seen by her family at her residence in Unincorporated Glenview at 7:30 A.M. on Wednesday, May 19, 2010. Police believe that Culberg may be suffering from a mental illness that could possibly impair her judgment.

Culberg’s vehicle, a 2001 Jeep four door, was recovered in the 1700 block of Beech Avenue in Mount Prospect on the morning of May 20th. An area resident observed Culberg walking northbound from the vehicle yesterday. Culberg reportedly checked into a Super 8 Motel in the Mount Prospect area and subsequently left on foot to an unknown location.

Culberg is described as a white female, 5 foot 7 inches tall, approximately 120 lbs, with blond hair and green eyes. It is unknown what clothing she was last wearing.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Cook County Sheriff’s Police Investigations Section at (708) 865-4896 or the Sheriff’s Police Communications Center at (847) 294-4729.
