CHICAGO–(ENEWSPF)–June 25, 2014. A Chicago man was arrested today on federal charges for allegedly impersonating an employee of the U.S. Marshals Service on two occasions last year. The defendant, ROBERT P. ROZYCKI, was arrested without incident by deputy U.S. Marshals.
