Department of Interior Blasts State Department’s Keystone XL Report

Washington, DC–(ENEWSPF)–August 22, 2013.  This week, the United States Department of Interior slammed the State Department’s conclusions in a draft environmental impact report on the Keystone XL tar sands pipeline, deeming State’s findings “inaccurate,” rejecting the notion that impacts would be temporary, and outlining permanent risks to fish, wildlife, and habitat.
