District Court Ruling Challenges EPA’s Enforcement Process on Pesticides

Washington, DC–(ENEWSPF)–September 13, 2011.  A recent federal district court ruling is the latest in the series of setbacks against the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA’s) ability to enforce the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide & Rodenticide Act (FIFRA).
