Upgrading outdated sewage systems is critical; likely to cost Floridians a few pennies a day

Tallahassee, FL–(ENEWSPF)–March 6, 2012.  Floridians may end up paying a few more pennies a day in the coming years to upgrade outdated sewer systems that are contaminating public water supplies, the National Academy of Sciences says today in a report.
